It surfaces evidence about the relevance and design of WFP＊s global emergency responses, their effectiveness and the enablers and barriers explaining results, as well as the appropriateness of WFP＊s support to transition programming. It also sought to examine WFP＊s role as cluster lead, albeit with limited available evidence.
