This brief summarizes the first pre-analysis plan from OEV¡¯s ¡°Cash-based transfers & Gender¡± impact evaluation window. Following the same impact evaluation design and questionnaires, its goal is to produce generalizable evidence on this crucial question for 17³Ô¹Ïprogramming from a series of coordinated impact evaluations across the globe.
